Lyrics

When you see your shadow in the late afternoon Do you wish you were taller, do you wish you were newer? Oh, I’d like to help you When everyone’s so pretty but you still feel alone Do you wish you were younger, do you wish you were home? Oh, would you let me kiss you? Chorus: I lived twenty-two years in the perfect moment And never even noticed I lived twenty-two years in the perfect moment And no one even noticed Except you We’ll live together in the perfect moment Just you and me and the nurse to wheel you around I’d bring you up to the world of the living Above all the taking and aching and giving Oh, you know I’d love you Chorus We’d be almost perfect in the spring daylight Like a couple of locusts creaking at night Can’t you see it? I’d cut your food so you can chew it And paint you a picture and teach you how to do it I’ll be everything you ever needed And I’ll love you too Chorus We’ll live together in the perfect moment And be happy

Review:

i liked the mellow sound of Caseyland
it was a good change from the same old
stuff you hear on the radio. If given
the chance i would love to see them live
and i have a feeling some of my friends
would like this band so i will definately
spread the word
