| | From : | | • Alexandria | | Musical Style : | | • Bedroom-produced pop music. | | Musical Influences : | | • Brian Eno, The Cure, The Smiths, Babybird, Suede, Elvis Costello. | | Brief Description : | | • Caseyland is singer/songwriter/producer Casey Cichowicz, from Pennsylvania, USA. The sound is an original blend of pop craftsmanship and innovative recording techniques, heartfelt ballads and playful invectives. | | Artist History : | | • Disgusted with American pop music and determined to become a pop icon on his own terms despite the odds, Casey Cichowicz decided to throw convention aside and embark on a solo career. He has since released five singles and two full-length albums within the span of a year on his own label, Descent from Parnassus Recordings. Caseyland is now a fully functioning musical entity with a mission-- to destroy the public's notion of what pop music should be.
