Lyrics
the market only goes
as high as it gets
until it corrects
there' just so much
a person takes
before they snap
CHORUS
turning color into gray
masking all the words you say
on your snake farm
release you bitterness and bile
a empty sadness in your smile
before you crack
police the emptyness inside
till there's nowhere else to hide
while you still can
CHORUS
turning buildings into ash
turning sorrow into cash
on your snake farm
Break
it doesn't have to be this way
Full Description
I had this idea about people who are just plain unpleasant not being raised but grown on a farm, a snake farm. Touches of trip hop with a retro style song struture borrowing from 80's pop.
Trippy. Very trippy.
Sounds blend, meld, rip apart and drive you to near insanity just before leaving your brain a mass of gelatin.
Did I mention that it's trippy?
