Full Description
A beautiful instrumental tune in Norwegian and Celtic folk style. Written by Martine Lund Hoel, who plays violin and whistle on the track, and arranged by Bent Bredeveien and Kenneth Aspeslåen. This track was awarded the Pick Hit of the day at amp3.com new years eve 1999.
"Hymne Millenium" is a moving, soothing and quite simply put, a gorgeous piece of music. With guitars strumming behind a violin and percussion foreground "Hymne" brings visions of joy, sorrow and triumph. It touches the soul and leaves the listener in -what seems like - suspended animation. Get it!
On a personal note: one of my all-time favourite songs - ever!
