Review:

To me Exiles remind me of old school Hip Hop. The raps are strong, very
tight and really tight to the mix. The mix is a nice punch of drum loops,
TR beats with that big bass kick, the one that vibrates the street when
you hear it in a car.
The isntrumentation is smooth without getting in the way of the raps yet
focusing attention when there's instrumental breaks. The transitions a
also good.
Lightyears has a solid groove and good raps and honestly, it's good to
hear something in Hip Hop that doesn't sound like metal.

Review:

I'm not an expert in Hip Hop, but I prefer most things in that Genre "old school" and this is about as old school as you can get with out bringing out your Furious Five and Funky Four LPs. I especially liked overlapping vocals (very unique) and the positive vibes that come out of this track. It's nice, every once in a while, to hear something that doesn't have "Gee" and "Money" or the B word in every other lyric. You GO, dudes!
