  Full Description
Jodi was written about a girl I dated in late 1998. Her real name is Lisa. One of the greatest contemporary sax players out there, David Sanborn, also has a song called Lisa. I just did not want to step on his hit. So, I named the song after her middle name.

Review:   This song has a lot going for it. Saxaphone playing has a certain amount of intensity with the lush background behind it. It's melodic and, with the edgy saxaphone, soulful, and you don't hear a lot of soul in Smooth Jazz these days.

Review:   Melancholy sax lines accentuate the rich, tight chord structure of this well-produced slow-tempo jazz-ballad. Bruce's tasteful use of octaves instead of a wall-of-sax approach shows his mastery of and respect for the open spaces in this beautifully moody composition. Two very big thumbs up!

Review:   Ah this is more of the smooth jazz that I like. Very ethereal piece. The keyboards are a nice touch.
