  Lyrics
We all live in this world, and we say to ourselves that life is good so far. And we assume that the future will be forgiving to our past. So we turn our backs to reality and believe we cannot change that which has been cast...we are wrong. Illusions commend themselves to us because they save us pain and allow us to enjoy pleasure instead. We must therefore accept it without complaint when they sometimes collide with a bit of reality against which they are dashed to pieces.

  Full Description
I was reviewing a song for another music site one day, and I thought that I could add a really cool melody on top of it. So I pulled out my keyboard, and I put together a melody for it. Then, I created my own backup for the recently-created melody, added some philosophical thoughts, and called it a tune. Enjoy.
