LIFE, in the dream of a common man,
is nothing but a shadow of a hologram.
***
LIFE, in the eyes of a child in bloom,
rarely flashes the signs of truth and doom.
***
LIFE, in the body of a dancing girl,
Intensifies its glow with every curve and curl.
***
LIFE, of a wife and a "Nine to Five",
tells the story of a consented strife.
***
LIFE, in a semi-shattered fantasy,
never consults the laws of descency.
***
LIFE, under pressure from regretful past,
urges the mind to fly away so fast.
***
LIFE, inside the poet's tired soul,
searches for clues to verbalize its goal.

I've always hated symphonic sounds made by synthesizers. I've never been satisfied with various versions of this song. I lack the ability to properly orchestrate such a concept on a computer. I've decided to add noise based percussions to force it to sound like Electronica, and take the attention away from the strings. It is intended to have vocals. I can't do that properly either. |
