  Full Description
It seems as though all my songs turn out to be sad love songs. I have written about some strange topics, but most of my songs are ballads and ballads are mostly love songs. In this one I used the opposite idea. This is a song telling an ex to stay away. In no uncertain terms is she told. Some people might think that is a little harsh, but it is "tongue in cheek". The chord progression is different. The song starts and plays mostly in the III chord. I doubled the guitar leads with a high and low part to give more of a solid sound. As for harmony, it was a bit tricky. I used it only as a shadow of the lead vocal. Also I harmonized the verses and left the chorus with only the lead vocal. That was a little different.
