It is nice to see that this site has continued to support a " No subjectivity " policy with regards to the current charts.

Did anybody get the impression that at some sites the wims of a " genre manager " or other " employee " of the site could greatly affect your chances?

Oh! In that case, please download all my stuff, I've listened to your stuff and it's really tight, you obviously know your market.
It's really cool, maybe you can stop by my site and check out what I'm doing.

3 FOR 1 DOWNLOADS!
That's right, you heard right, you download me and I'll get up to 3 of your songs, no questions asked, you don't need to even listen!

Hey, let's trade downloads
It's good for you and it's good for me, but if I start the thread then I get the pyramid top and lots of downloads while you only get a few, uh, hang on I need to start a new thread.

I am the undisputed known master of nihihilstic rock and you suck
I came up to ---.com and can't find any good music. What's up with that? Why isn't everyone playing music I like and why do you all pale in comparison to me. Not offended enough? Your nose is to big.

Did I miss anything?

The whole subjecting "musicologist push" concept on mp3c really sucks.

For example, I was trying to push a song in the charts (Far Away), which is on the album "Sensitive Beak".

Well, a few people bought the cd, and Far Away (which was at the top of our page) got 20 or so downloads, and whooosh.... "Just A Dog" went up in the charts.

Huh?!! It had NO downloads for something like a week, and was located halfway down our page (if you've seen the Holy Zoo page, you'll know that there are a ton of songs, and it was easily burried).

Anyways, up "Just A Dog" went, right into the Rock&Pop top 40.

Ok, so now I guess I'm pushing "Just A Dog", which I really wasn't prepared to do.

Far Away, meanwhile, sank, even while getting several downloads a day.

Grrrr.
