| | Brief Description : | | • Rob Gerard is a songwriter whose style reflects many influences. Easy rock songs and reflective lyrics with folk and even country undertones that tell stories and give interesting perspectives. | | Artist History : | | • Rob Gerard fronted a fast playing, punk/folk rock dance band called Club Guano in the eighties and when they disintegrated, moved on to various cover bands in the Minneapolis area. Soon tiring of this, he founded Crunchie Undies with his then future wife, Amy, and continued writing and occasionally playing locally.
Rob found his songwriting was shifting from thrash oriented rock to a calmer story telling format and thus started his current solo act. |
